Nino Gaetano is a proud third-generation Croatian/Italian resident realtor in the Bay Area with over twenty five years of industry experience. A respected professional, he’s celebrated for his abundant local and national market knowledge. As a dynamic leader within the local real estate community, Nino holds memberships in both the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Born and raised in Menlo Park and Portola Valley, Nino’s family lineage, The Skrabo | Gaetano family, has roots in the area dating back to the early 1900s. Educated at St. Raymond’s School and Menlo-Atherton High School, Nino later attended Washington State University (Go Cougs) where he competitively rowed crew as a member of the PAC-12 | WSU crew team. His family’s athletic prowess extends to other members who have attended/competed in Pac-12 Athletics at renowned institutions like Stanford, USC, Colorado, Oregon, and ASU.
After college, Nino’s adventurous spirit took him to places like Ketchum, Idaho; Taos, New Mexico, and Makeena, Maui. In 1998, he embarked on his real estate journey in Portola Valley, marking his name in the town’s history by brokering one of its largest transactions ever traded in the Towns history.In his downtime, Nino revels in coaching his kids in sports, exploring lakes through paddling, fishing, biking the local mountains, snowshoeing, snowboarding, or hiking the Bay Area’s scenic trails with his children and their beloved canine companion, Kali.

Giving Back
Nino’s commitment extends beyond real estate. A devoted community servant, he volunteers as a coach and mentors local youth. He is also a Committee Chair of Students Rising Above (SRA-SF), working with founding member Wendy Tokuda of KPIX-5 News.
